A) Document requirement for applying helper ( taking care of elderly parents )

1) I.C front and back (Husband & Wife) colour copy

2) Passport size photo (Husband & Wife)

3) Minimum income to apply Philippines helper RM 60,000 or above / Indonesia helper RM 84,000 or above

4) Marriage Cert

5) Elderly Parents I.C front and back (colour copy)

6) Employer’s birth cert to prove the relationship

7) Elderly parents Hospital Doctor’s Letter

8) Water or electric bill

B) Document requirement for applying helper ( taking care of children )

1) I.C front and back (Husband & Wife) colour copy

2) Passport size photo (Husband & Wife)

3) Minimum income to apply Philippines helper RM 60,000 or above / Indonesia helper RM 84,000 or above

4) Married cert

5) Children’s birth certificate

6) Water or electric bill (Husband or Wife name only)

C) Document requirement for applying helper ( housekeeping ) for 2nd helper application only

1) I.C front and back (Husband & Wife) colour copy

2) Passport size photo (Husband & Wife)

3) Minimum income to apply for 2nd helper RM 120,000 or above

4) Married cert

5) S&P Agreement copy / akta tanah & cukai taksiran

6) Water or electric bill (Husband or Wife name only)

7) House photo (roadsigns, outside house show house unit number, bedrooms, living hall, kitchen, washrooms)
